• Payment Data (Processed securely via third-party processors).

• Verify property details via satellite imagery.
• Schedule and perform services.
• Send service confirmations and video reports.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers (payment processors, CRM) needed to deliver the service.

Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Weather & Cancellations (The Service Assurance)

If we cannot perform the service due to weather, we will auto-reschedule you for the next priority slot. If the rescheduled date does not work for you, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

2. Service Access & Satellite Review

All online quotes are estimates based on standard property data. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual property differs significantly. We will obtain approval before work begins.

3. Gutter Guards

We clean debris inside open gutters or on top of guards. We are not responsible for debris trapped underneath screwed-down guards unless guard removal is booked.

4. "Flow Guarantee"

We guarantee flow for 7 days post-service. If a clog persists due to our negligence, we will return to clear it at no cost.
